Hello families,

Tonight is our first away Developmental Meet of the season at Little Rocky Run.  Between us and the host team there are well over 230 swimmers attending the meet.  It will be another hot one so please be sure your swimmer brings water and sunscreen.  

Swimmers should arrive ready in the team area at the host pool by 5:10 pm for warm-ups which begin promptly at 5:25PM.  They should be in their team suit and team cap.

Parking (from the host team): Ample parking is available at Union Mill Elementary school on Springstone Drive, next to the pool. There is a connecting path between the pool and school parking lots toward the back end of the UMES lot. **If parking on Sandstone Way, please be advised to leave adequate (10ft) clearance from driveways or risk being towed.**

Seating(info from the host team):Greenbriar swimmers will have a designated area near the diving well. Swimmers will want to bring their own chairs for this area.

Spectators will have a few rows of chairs on the pool deck, but all are welcome to provide their own chairs to set up on the deck or on the sidewalk outside the pool. We also have built in bleachers outside the pool for shaded viewing.

Snack Shack (from the host team): The Stingray Snack Shack will be open and features swim meet favorites, such as Chick-Fil-A sandwiches, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, nachos, etc. We'll also have our standard drinks, snow cones, candy, etc. The Snack Shack accepts cash (no bills larger than $20, and small bills preferred), credit, Venmo, and Apple Pay. 

Volunteers:  We're looking real good, but we could still use two 2nd half timers and two 2nd half marshals.  Sign up HERE!

Meet Program: The meet program will be available later today on our website here. Unlike a typical WFDL meet, this one will be run as mixed gender for all events, not just unofficial events.  However, awards should be distributed as though the meet were not run combined (i.e. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd finishers for boys and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd finishers for girls).
